According to the latest year-to-date statistics from MLS Ranking Report Decker Bullock Sotheby’s International Realty is the dominant leader in market share in Marin County Real Estate.
Decker Bullock Sotheby’s International Realty’s market share, 22.25%, tops Pacific Union International (15.17%), Coldwell Banker (14.59%), and Alain Pinel Realtors (4.29%), among others and it continues to pull further ahead from competitor Pacific Union International in Marin County, with 140% more sales year-to-date.
